How Radient Can Work With You
 Radient works with clients and partners in a four step process: Project Planning; Laboratory-Scale Testing; Pilot-Scale Testing; and Project Review.
In the Project Planning phase, discussions are held to clearly establish the goals to be achieved by testing a particular raw material for the adoption of the Microwave Extraction process. Once these goals are established, Laboratory-Scale Testing is conducted to determine feasibility and to optimise various processing parameters for such measures as product yield, and product purity. At this stage, at least 1 kg of raw material is required, and a sample of the client’s current product is used as a reference. After satisfactory results are obtained, the process advances to the Pilot Stage of testing where we assist with pre-processing issues, determine and optimise power or energy consumption during processing, and address throughput and post-processing issues. In the final step, the project is reviewed, and a formal agreement is established with the client.
Agreements with clients may take various forms, including:
- License Agreements;
- Delivery of engineered extraction plant;
- Retro-fitting of current facilities;
- Contract (toll) Manufacturing Agreement;
- Joint-Venture Agreements (to develop a manufacturing plant)
