Our Health Canada-approved Edmonton I facility is currently operational and can process 56,000 kg of cannabis/year.
Our Edmonton II facility, dedicated to the extraction and downstream processing of CBD from hemp, will be operational by the end of 2019. This facility will have a throughput capacity of more than 420,000 kg of hemp.
Our Edmonton III facility, which is currently under construction, will have a throughput capacity of 280,000 kg/year of cannabis, and 2.8 million kg/year of hemp. This facility will begin initial commissioning at the end of 2020, scaling up to full capacity thereafter.
In order to meet growing demand for medical cannabis extracts and products in Europe, we are currently building our first European facility in Southern Germany, expected to begin initial commissioning at the end of 2020. When completed this facility will process 280,000 kg/year of cannabis, and more than 2.8 million kg/year of hemp.
