RADIENT TECHNOLOGIES IS A COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURER OF HIGH QUALITY CANNABIS DERIVATIVES, FORMULATIONS AND PRODUCTS.
Our unique extraction and downstream processing platform can process biomass at industrial scale volumes while recovering up to 99% of the valuable active compounds in the cannabis plant.
Combining this technological precision with decades of botanical extraction and science-backed product development experience, we’re creating unique products and formulations that fulfill key manufacturing requirements – whether for foods and beverages, beauty products, or pharmaceuticals.
We provide our customers and partners with white label extracts, formulations and finished products that contain a broad spectrum of cannabinoid and terpene profiles, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

NOW WE ARE RECREATING OURSELVES
After 20 years of scientific development, we discovered a new opportunity: cannabis. It’s the perfect application for our technologically superior extraction solutions. To us, cannabis is more than a plant. It’s a new era of business.
Every single advancement we have made has led to this moment.
Our journey began in 2001, with a research scientist who had a vision to create the world’s most efficient method of extracting essential ingredients from plants.
We signed our first supply agreement in 2005, with a US-based biopharmaceutical company. A year later, we relocated to new, larger laboratories and plants in North York and Whitby, successfully commercializing our proven technology at a greater scale.
By 2008, demand was already exceeding the capacity of our Whitby plant, leading to the construction of a new 20,000 sq. ft. plant in Edmonton, Alberta, capable of processing 5 metric tons of biomass per day.
In 2014, we went public on the TSX Venture Exchange. The years that followed were filled with massive growth:

We signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aurora Cannabis Inc. in 2016 – a joint venture that validated the effectiveness of MAP™.

A four-year research project with a leading tobacco manufacturer proved the capability of MAP™ for industrial-scale extraction of nicotine.

We launched RTI Global Health & Wellness Solutions to address the challenges brands face developing high-quality, naturally derived products.

We reached a Master Services Agreement with Aurora Cannabis, using MAP™ to develop, commercialize and supply standardized cannabis extracts.

Aurora Cannabis increased its ownership in Radient, with a $15 million investment and 13% stake.
In 2018, we were named one of the top 50 performing companies on the Venture Exchange.
Years of technological advances led to the creation of all-new, proprietary extraction technology. In fact, we have filed 60 US patent applications. Not only did we perfect the science, we discovered it.
Now, we continue to grow. Today, we are operating out of Spain and Germany, and building a second cannabis and hemp facility in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an exciting time. Cannabis is an exciting opportunity. And we are ready.
