EDMONTON, Alberta, January 28, 2022 – Radient Technologies Inc. (“Radient” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: RTI), a commercial manufacturer of diverse, novel, and high-quality cannabis extracts and packaged products, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the Company’s previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding securities of Tunaaaaroom Xtracts Inc. (the “Target”), an Alberta cannabis company (the “Acquisition”).
