Mrs. O’Neil has more than 25 years’ experience in nutritional, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty ingredient and health and wellness ingredient markets.
She is Chief Executive Officer at Healthy Ingredient Solutions, LLC, and prior to launching HISCO she held significant business development and senior executive positions in the health and wellness industry for firms such as Johnson & Johnson, BASF/Cognis, Hoechst/Nutrinova, DSM/Tosoh, Chromocell Corporation, Ajinomoto and Dow Chemical. Mrs. O'Neil has overseen the successul management of organizations and developed new businesses while negotiating significant contracts with global firms such as The Coca-Cola Company; Nestle; Kellogg; Herbalife; General Mills; PepsiCo; DPSG; Wrigley/MARS; Danone; Unilever, and many other leading firms.
Mrs. O'Neil was also on the core team at Johnson & Johnson which designed, implemented and executed the successful launch of Splenda® brand sweetener into the marketplace which became a billion-dollar brand in the 3rd year of launch and captured 60% market share in the first year. She also ran the Cognis Health and Nutrition North American Sales Business Unit during the successful integration into BASF during the global acquisition in 2010.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Minor in Marketing from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She is married, has 4 sons and is currently living in Paris, France.
