Phase III - Commercialisation
Successful completion of the Phase II tests leads to the final phase - commercialization. The terms of the Phase II Letter of Intent are incorporated into a binding, long-term, exclusive agreement. Commercialization may take the form of providing toll processing services or by way of a more comprehensive license agreement.
Toll processing:
The terms of the phase II letter of intent are incorporated into a long-term, binding, exclusive contract. Radient then commences full-scale production of the client's target compound.
Licensing:
The terms of the phase II letter of intent are incorporated into a contract dealing with the use of Radient's proprietary technology in the client's facility. Radient will assist clients with bringing their new production-scale MAP™ unit online by utilizing their expertise in:
- Procurement
- Process Transfer
- Commissioning
- Training
Radient will also provide the client with terms of a warranty and ensure the client has ongoing support from Radient's experienced staff. Radient will ensure that the scale-up process at the client's facility will be a resounding success.
