Sales Strategy

Radient uses a two-pronged commercialization strategy to best align its resources and skills with its market opportunities:

Toll-processing: Radient makes use of its extensive know-how and infrastructure to produce high value compounds and ingredients for its clients; and

Licensing: Radient will enable clients to utilize all or part of the Radient Solution to produce compounds and ingredients under license in their facilities or in their approved supplier's facilities.

Radient uses a comprehensive, phased approach to work with clients from laboratory scale to full-scale implementation of either toll-processing or set-up in the client's existing facilities. Phase I and II are common to both the toll-processing and licensing models, while each have a distinct phase III.

Radient is actively targeting a mix of clients primarily in the US and Europe with a selective focus on Asia. Radient has a strong pipeline of prospective clients at various stages of development supporting its robust toll or license based revenue forecast.
